We again had to begin our day with our 3rd grade Fall testing. Today, we completed the Math portion so we have quite a large part of the entire test under our belt! Once testing was complete, we transitioned to math and both classes worked on finishing our Chapter 2 assessments with ORQs. NO HOMEWORK in either class this evening!
Computer was our special today, but we again had an awfully chatty report :(
Some students DID earn a 'talking lunch' today though while the rest of the class had to be silent...way to go, friends!
Finally, Mr. Barnes came for Junior Achievement and we learned about making up newspaper articles, writing them, and why they are important. We also got to put together our very own "Thomasville Newspaper"! It is SOOOO cool!!! We really had a GREAT day with Mr. Barnes as we were polite, focused, and really into contributing to the lesson! Sadly, next week will be our last week with him :(
