11.11.14 - Day SIXTY-ONE

Good afternoon and Happy Veteran's Day to you and your loved ones who have served (or are currently serving) in the military!

 

 

Today was RESOURCE DAY, so I did not get to see these sweet babies too much- it always makes me sad!  BUT, I have spent most of the day getting much done without them here by working on finalizing grades and adding many, many things to my long-term sub binder in preparation for my impending maternity leave after Christmas Break.  Hard to believe that the holidays are even in conversation isn't it?!?  2014 has FLOWN by!

LANGUAGE ARTS: Bring in a photo of a friend or family member for our analyzing relationships lesson of focus tomorrow.
MATH: Edmodo Assignment
RELIGION: Chapter questions due tomorrow; STUDY GUIDE DUE TOMORROW; test is Friday
TECHNOLOGY: Finish Google Docs project

REMINDERS:

**Reservations must be made for Thanksgiving Luncheon by THIS Friday (Nov. 14th)
**First trimester grades will be posted on Sycamore (NOT printed/ sent home) THIS Friday, Nov. 14th.
**3rd grade is hosting a canned food drive from now until Nov. 21st.  Please send in non-perishable items to be donated!
**TOMORROW (Nov. 12th) is Chick-fil-A Spirit Day.  See vouchers posted below:

**Thanksgiving Break is Nov. 24th - Nov. 28th.  See you back at school Dec. 1st

Thanksgiving is 16 days from today and only 8 more school days until break!
