LEARNING TARGET: I CAN identify characteristics of Science Fiction.
We came back to a crazy surprise- the classrooms were as hot as the blazing sun...eeeeee! So hot in fact, that I took my homeroom outside for some outdoor learning for almost the entire duration of Language Arts class. Problem solving, people, problem solving. We wrote friendly letters about our spring break and then made summary hashtags about our breaks. Then, it was time to learn about our new genre of Science Fiction. We discussed the characteristics of the genre and practiced with readings to determine how they made it S.F.
