VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:

The dollars and sense program is on March 22nd.  I need volunteers from 7:45-11:00.
 If you could just help in the morning too, that would be fine from about
7:45-9:30, or if your able to the whole time.  You can let me know what would
work best for you.  I would have you running a "store" that the students come up
to.  It is just like a reality store at the middle and high school level, except
ours is scaled down a bit to fit us . Please contact

**Ms. Long is needing help with the upcoming art fair Friday, March 25th.
The fair is from 5:30 -7p.


Below is a list of volunteer spots that she has requested help
with:

Decoration
coordinator (She requested a few balloons, etc. to make it fun & signs to
direct people to the grade level displays)  *Help needed at
3:30p.

Framers
to help set up the art before the event. (The students art will be displayed in
frames)  *Help needed at 3:30p.

Greeters
to help direct people to where their students art is displayed.  *Help needed at
5p.

Framer
Station volunteers (To frame art for students’ families that didn’t RSVP) *Help
needed at 5p.

Assist
with an art activity *Help needed at 5p.

Cashier
& Checkout *Help needed at 5p.

Dismantle
& Clean up after the event

***In addition, we could
definitely use donated food items such as cakes, cookies, pretzels, lemonade,
plates, plastic ware, cups, etc. We will have a  refreshment table set up while
the fair is taking place. If you can send in donations on Friday morning it
would be helpful.***

Please
contact me as soon as possible if you can assist us during the art fair. It will
